Israel Airports Authority's app is more like a small hard -working personal assistant hiding in your pocket. Starting the moment you decide to fly and until landing: the app will remind you to check if your passport is valid, will inform you of any flight delays, show the local time and exchange rate and even find out what is the best way to get to the airport.
The friendly and smart design, made by NGsoft, was just a small part of our work, together with the App's characterization process as well as a supportive mentoring that we have provided to IAA's development team.
