Haaretz was the first Israeli publication to start charging for it's content. In an industry that conditioned people that digital content is free it was a bold move. We planned with the team at Haaretz a whole new user experience, designed to be cross-platform at the core. We aimed for a calm, legible reading experience that combines user's focus on reading with exposure to more relevant content.
